16th November 2006The Candidate Registration for EYP Pathway: Self assessment Questionnaire is available to download Here. It is designed to help potential EYPS candidates idendify the pathway for acheiving EYP status that would be the most suitable. The form can be filled in and returned via e-mail to eyps@bestpracticenet.co.uk ; or faxed to 0117 929 7163; or posted to the following address:
