Childcare Bill
14th November 2005Children's Minister Beverley Hughes introduced the Childcare Bill to Parliament on Tuesday 08 November 2005. The Bill is the first ever piece of legislation specifically on early years and childcare, and will enshrine in law parents' legitimate expectation of accessible, high quality childcare and services for children under 5 and their families.
