Working in Childcare
There has never been a better time to consider working with children. Government policies to increase the amount of early years education, childcare and play provision available for children and young people of all ages, as well as the development of Children's Centres and Extended Schools means that there are an increasing number and range of careers opportunities.
Working with children has always been both challenging and rewarding. But new ways of working that bring together traditional roles, say in childcare and health, are increasing the challenge of developing a high quality, well trained workforce.
